Cancellation & Refunds

For whatever reason, sometimes a customer will ask to cancel their project.

When this happens, there are different steps that you will need to take, depending on what stage the project has reached:

  • If your customer has accepted your quote but has not yet paid their deposit, they can cancel anytime 
  • If a customer has paid their deposit, they are entitled to a refund if they ask within 14 days, though your admin fees can be deducted
  • If work has already begun within 14 days, the customer is not entitled to a refund
  • After 14 days, the customer is not entitled to a refund of their deposit
